General Conditions

All animals are subject to availability

The day you are picked up at Airport  and the day you are returned to airport are counted as safari days and full daily rates are payable. Unless pre arranged package   

Minimum safari is usually 3 days, which will be 1 hunting days & 2 nights with 

No refunds are made for late arrivals or early departures.

Trophy fees are payable at completion of safari. Or if per arrangements for when you arrive back home.

Wounded and/or lost animals and any animal shot, whether incidental or accidental must be paid for in full. 

• Daily rates include:
  • Airport pick and return, transportation while hunting, services of a Professional Hunter, trackers, skinners, ranch safari staff, accommodation, laundry, meals, alcohol and beverages in moderation 
• Payments can be made Cash, Credit Card, PayPal or Wire Transfer.
• Payment By  U.S  Dollar Cash ,Check for Deposits and Payments within U.S  are accepted 
• Meat is not included in the game animal’s price. Meat belongs  SunSetter Safaris or the landowner/concession. Meat may not be exported from the country of South Africa.

Bookings

                     Please email  all air tickets and full itinerary as soon as possible. 

• A contract will be emailed or U.S Mailed  for all on the safari to complete and sign, this contract must be emailed back or Mailed back to SunSetter safaris with your payment.  We cannot hold bookings unless both Payment and contract is received.

•  No moneys are refundable, but all moneys paid remain a credit on a safari for a  period of about 3 year only after the original booked dates. 

 All Payments received By SunSetter Safaris are non Refundable.  

But Credit to a future safari would Apply.
